Job Responsibilities
- Unload fish and shellfish from fishing vessels and transport them to the work area
- Operate a forklift to move fish and shellfish
- Condition fish fillets for wrapping or freezing
- Weigh and record fish or shellfish, then pack them in ice
- Clean machinery and work areas
- Measure and dump ingredients into machines
- Sort fish by species, weight, and destination
